SM Lanang Unwraps a Joyful Christmas

SM Lanang officially welcomes the holiday season with a breathtaking display of lights, colors, and festive charm as it unveils its grand Christmas centerpiece. This year’s theme, A Joyful Christmas, transforms the mall into a magical yuletide destination for families, shoppers, and visitors.

At the heart of the celebration is a towering 55-foot Christmas tree that dazzles the crowd with more than 2,000 ornaments and lights. Surrounding the main attraction are 13 cascading evergreens arranged in elegant tiers, with four of them slowly twirling to create a captivating visual dance. The massive tree is wrapped with a giant ribbon, while the nearby smaller trees are adorned with ribonettes, berries, cypress accents, and pinecones. Adding even more enchantment to the mall’s holiday scene are 14 illuminated floating Christmas trees that bring extra sparkle and whimsy to the space.

Throughout December, SM Lanang fills the mall with festive melodies through special musical performances. Local artists, pianists, and choral groups will be serenading guests on select weekends, creating an atmosphere of warmth, nostalgia, and community spirit.

Besties of Joy

Continuing its long-standing tradition of giving back, SM Lanang introduces this year’s Besties of Joy—an evolved version of the popular Bears of Joy campaign. From October 25 to December 25, shoppers can purchase a pair of plush Besties for only P330. One toy goes home with the customer, while its pair is donated to a child in need, spreading joy and kindness throughout the season.

This year’s collection features four charming bunny plushies, each carrying a meaningful message. Hannie, dressed in soft white, symbolizes gratitude and simplicity.
